Message from the President

I joined Yashiro Shokai in January 1983 (Showa 62). Having grown up in an environment where the company and my daily life were inseparable, I have always felt that I have walked alongside the company as I matured.

Throughout the Heisei and Reiwa eras, I have been involved in the management of the company alongside the Chairman. During this time, we have faced numerous challenges, including the bursting of the economic bubble and the Lehman Brothers collapse, which placed the company in difficult situations. However, with the unwavering support of our customers, employees, and suppliers, we have been able to overcome these adversities. I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us.

As we navigate an era of rapid change, characterized by globalization, online purchasing dominance, and the COVID-19 pandemic, we must continuously consider our company’s role and value in society. I firmly believe in the principle that ""a company is defined by its people. (『企業は人なり』)Therefore, we are committed to fostering talent that earns the trust of our customers.

Looking ahead, we are dedicated to further growth and evolution as we strive toward our 100th anniversary.
